Is this medical advice?

No. Plans give you education and coaching based on Dr. O’Mara’s approach. They don’t make him your doctor. For medical care, talk to your own doctor.

What is Dr. O’MarAI?

An AI assistant trained on Dr. O’Mara’s talks, book and routines, with answers he has approved. It’s an AI, not Dr. O’Mara, and it isn’t medical advice.

How do the Circle limits work?

Outer Circle includes one personal note every 4 weeks. Inner Circle includes 5 messages a month, which don’t roll over. Each Circle is capped so every member gets real attention. When one is full, you can join the waitlist.

How do MRIs at cost work?

You book a scan through the app at an approved imaging centre and pay what the scan costs. Your results are added to your timeline as a check-in.

Can I change or cancel?

Yes, any time from My account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
